McDarnalds.io

Welcome to McDarnald’s! My 90’s themed interactive AR model, now available to play on desktop in the browser! McDarnald’s was created in Blender as a stand-alone model before porting to Unity for added gameplay inputs and player logic. Modeled with a reasonably low poly count featuring an interior section, exterior parking lot and upstairs outdoor party patio. Watch the cinematic render reel on YouTube showcasing the base model design and play the beta at mcdarnalds.io.

Explore the static augmented model on desktop and mobile, or strap on your headset to jump into the model to explore in full immersion. Watch the live demo prototyping the early VR experience with mapped audio and added inputs below.

The Unity cross-platform environment showcases many of my custom coded and created models in a low-poly 60 FPS reminiscent of a Nintendo 64 aesthetic. Currently in development for VR Chat with over a dozen collectable retro gaming assets in a space to build and explore.

(Currently only supported on Desktop)

Read the Devlogs for game code and download the free asset packs on Sketchfab to get started developing your own desktop or immersive VR experience.
