Multi-sport tabletop mayhem

This original character, built in Blender, was an experiment in contrasting materials: dense procedural particle plush against clean, opaque silicone. The real focus was technical — pushing GPU memory limits with high-density particle systems while keeping the model stable and visually appealing. It was a lesson on optimization and working within hardware limitations.

Customization is key for this design. As a stand-alone asset for VR chat or virtual reality projects alike, I wanted users to have the flexibility to customize specific surfaces, including top texture, net, paddles, and environment settings. Later gamification included unlock-able paddles and additional sport interactions such as corn hole and fan favorite, billiards.
